On the 14th and 15th of August 2025, module 2 of the Capacity Building Training on Disability Inclusion took place in Edo State. This session marked the continuation of a series of activities that began earlier in 2025, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of participants in promoting disability inclusion.
During this training, participants actively shared their expectations and engaged in discussions on effective strategies for meaningful inclusion. The collaborative atmosphere fostered a rich exchange of ideas, underscoring the importance of community involvement in this critical area.
This training is part of a broader initiative focused on strengthening the accountability framework in the post-moratorium phase of the Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act in Nigeria. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more inclusive society for all.
